1) Who we are & how to contact us

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 14 or older to use the Services. If you are 14 to 17, you may use the Services only with parent/guardian or sponsoring‑advisor consent where required.

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.

3) Account Registration & Authentication

To access certain features of My Money Vision, you may be required to create an account.

You may register and log in using:

• Email and password
• Sign in with Apple
• Sign in with Google

When you use third-party authentication providers:

• We receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and unique account identifier.
• We do not receive or store your third-party account passwords.
• Your account may be linked across authentication methods to ensure continued access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4) Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

My Money Vision offers optional paid subscriptions and features through in-app purchases ("IAPs") processed by Apple's App Store and, in some cases, through our website via third-party payment processors.

Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Managing Subscriptions

• If you subscribed through the App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. The app links you there directly from your account screen.
• Subscriptions are currently sold only through the App Store. We do not sell subscriptions on our website, so there is no separate web billing portal to manage.
• Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We cannot cancel or refund App Store subscriptions on your behalf. Apple controls those, and cancellation must be done in your Apple ID settings.

Pricing Changes

Pricing and subscription offerings may change. Any changes will comply with App Store policies and applicable law.

No Financial Advice

My Money Vision provides educational content only. We do not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

5) Additional purchases, billing & cancellations

Prices, plan details, and taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store, and Apple processes the payment and holds your payment details. We never see or store your card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated term until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account screen in the app, which takes you to the cancellation controls for the store you purchased through. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Access continues through the end of your current paid term.

Except where we state otherwise at checkout or where required by law, fees are non‑refundable. Any posted Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

6) Educational use only (no financial advice)

The Services are for educational purposes only. We do not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; no fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship is created by your use of the Services. You are responsible for your financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals as needed.

7) License to you; prohibited uses

MMV grants you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use course materials for your own learning during your paid access.

You may not: share your login; copy, download, record, screenshot, scrape, or redistribute content; remove notices; reverse‑engineer; use content to build or train a competing product, service, or AI/model/dataset; or use the Services in a way that violates law or others' rights.

You MUST NOT share your Canvas LMS Course Join Code to others.

8) Your content & feedback

You may submit assignments, posts, or messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership, but you grant MMV a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to host, use, reproduce, and display User Content to operate and improve the Services. You grant MMV a perpetual license to use feedback and suggestions.

9) Third‑party services

We use third‑party platforms to deliver the Services (e.g., Canvas LMS, Zoom, Calendly, analytics, and payment processors). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services we do not control.

10) Push Notifications

With your consent, My Money Vision may send push notifications to your device to provide:

• Account updates
• Educational reminders
• Feature announcements
• Engagement prompts related to your progress

You may enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

We do not use push notifications for third-party advertising.

11) Privacy

Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.

12) DMCA/copyright policy

If you believe content infringes your copyright, email info@mymoneyvision.com with: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the work and the material claimed to infringe; (c) a statement of good‑faith belief; (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized; and (e) your physical or electronic signature.

13) Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, pricing, or availability, at any time without prior notice.

We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively impact paid users where practical.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT). MMV DOES NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS, EARNINGS, OR OUTCOMES.

15) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12‑MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MMV FOR THE SERVICES DURING THAT PERIOD.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MMV harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6–8 and 11–16) will survive termination.

18) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Will County, Illinois.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide a prominent notice and, where required, obtain your consent. The "Effective date" shows when they last changed.

20) Entire agreement & contact

These Terms, together with any policies referenced here (including the Privacy Policy and any posted refund policy), are the entire agreement between you and MMV regarding the Services.
